VibesUGC / Legal
Privacy Policy
How information moves through VibesUGC when you create an account, bring a reference, or generate content.
Draft updated
1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes VibesUGC, the creative workspace for researching references, managing characters and media, and creating AI-assisted videos. The operator’s legal name, business address, and country must be confirmed before this draft takes effect.
2. Information we process
Account information includes your name, email address, password authentication records, and sign-in sessions. Session records can include IP address and browser information.
Creative information includes messages, prompts, reference links, uploaded images and videos, character names and portraits, generated outputs, and generation status and history. Media may contain faces, voices, or other personal information about you or other people.
The service also uses browser storage for saved ideas, selected characters and demos, cached library and job information, and interface preferences. Infrastructure providers may process technical request and error logs.
3. Why information is used
We process this information to authenticate users, keep work associated with the correct account, store creative projects, run requested research and generation tasks, deliver outputs, and investigate service errors or abuse.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, providing requested account and creation features relies on performance of our agreement with you; service security and troubleshooting rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Processing required by law relies on legal obligations. Where consent is required for an optional use, it must be obtained for that use and may be withdrawn.
4. Service providers and AI processing
VibesUGC uses hosting, database, storage, payment, and AI services to operate the workspace. Current integrations include Neon for account and project data, Stripe for subscription billing, Cloudflare for storage and generation workflows, OpenAI-powered creative tooling, Google Gemini, and Replicate for image and video generation. Which providers receive content depends on the feature you use.
Prompts, reference media, and related task information are sent to providers needed to fulfill your request. Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe; VibesUGC stores Stripe customer and subscription references rather than full card details. Research features may also retrieve information from third-party websites. Those providers’ processing, retention, and any model-training use depend on the applicable service terms and account configuration; this draft does not promise that every provider excludes training.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to address fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.
5. Media links and visibility
Account access controls protect workspace records, but some uploaded and generated media is served through public URLs. Anyone with one of those URLs may be able to view or download that media without signing in, including after it is shared outside the workspace. Do not upload confidential material or sensitive personal information that should not be accessible through a link.
Only upload another person’s image, voice, or other information when you have the necessary permission and legal basis to use it for the requested purpose.
6. Storage and deletion
Account records, library records, and outputs are stored to support continued access to your work. Browser-local preferences and caches remain until cleared or replaced. A fixed retention schedule and deletion request process must be confirmed before this policy is finalized.
Removing a demo or job from your library hides its record; it does not necessarily delete the underlying stored media or copies used by existing references. Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side records. This version does not provide a self-service account-erasure flow. Backups, provider copies, and legally required records may have separate retention periods.
7. International processing and security
Infrastructure and AI providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards must be verified for the operator’s location, customers, and provider agreements before launch.
The service uses authenticated access to account records and server-side provider credentials. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and public media links have the visibility limitations described above.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Rights can be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser. For support, privacy questions, or account requests, email support@jogaro.app. Do not include your password or unrelated sensitive information.
9. Age and policy changes
VibesUGC is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
Updates will be posted with a revised date. Material changes require appropriate notice and any consent required by applicable law before the changed processing begins.
