1. Use content you have permission to use
Upload or reference material only when you have the rights and permissions needed for the requested processing and intended publication. This includes permission to use a person’s likeness or voice and any necessary rights in music, footage, trademarks, and scripts. Public availability is not a license.
2. Respect people’s identity and consent
Do not create deceptive impersonations, fabricate another person’s endorsement, clone a voice without permission, or produce non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not create sexual content involving minors or content that exploits, threatens, or harasses people.
3. Keep advertising truthful
Do not present fictional AI characters as real customers describing experiences they did not have. Do not fabricate reviews, results, credentials, or endorsements. Substantiate product claims and disclose paid relationships and AI-generated content where required by law or the publishing platform.
4. Protect the service and other accounts
Do not access accounts or content without authorization, bypass access controls or usage limits, distribute malware, probe for secrets, disrupt infrastructure, or use the service for scams, unlawful surveillance, or other illegal activity.
5. Review before publishing
Check outputs for errors, harmful content, rights issues, and required disclosures before downloading, sharing, or running an advertisement. Follow the rules of the destination platform and any applicable asset or AI-provider restrictions.
6. Reports and enforcement
Violations may lead to content restrictions or suspended access as described in the Terms of Service. Rights or abuse reports should identify the affected content or URL, describe the issue and your relationship to it, and provide a way to contact you. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
